The existing landscape was defined by low perceived value. There was no established premium positioning for high-end luxury goods restoration. The technical expertise was world-class, but the brand structure to support luxury pricing was entirely missing.

We had to justify a premium price tag in a market accustomed to paying fractions for basic repairs. This meant shifting the narrative from "fixing" to "preserving."
